The “Heritage and Technologies” Congress takes place at Nopcsa Castle, 23–25 October

From 23 to 25 October 2026, Nopcsa Castle in Săcel hosts the International Congress “Patrimoniu și Tehnologii” (“Heritage and Technologies”), listed in the calendar of the Museum of Dacian and Roman Civilisation Deva. Representatives of universities, museums, faculties, research institutes and other specialised institutions are expected.

The theme is the use of new technologies in documenting, researching, protecting and promoting heritage, through presentations, debates and working sessions. The stated aim is to start a cooperation agreement between institutions to find funding for a shared digital platform. A day-by-day programme has not been published.
