A new themed trail in the Râușor area of Retezat National Park
Information panels on natural heritage and the relationship between people and nature, installed in the Râușor area by the Romanian Rangers Association.
On 13 October 2026 the Romanian Rangers Association announced that it had installed the panels of a new themed trail in the Râușor area of Retezat National Park. The panels present the area's natural heritage and the link between people and nature, and the trail is open to tourists visiting Râușor.
The installation completes the project “Oameni conectați prin natură – Tineri și comunități pentru viitorul Parcului Național Retezat” (“People connected through nature – Young people and communities for the future of Retezat National Park”), run with the Retezat National Park Administration and the EcoEdu Natura Association, funded by the Fundația pentru Parteneriat and MOL România through the “Green Spaces” programme.
