Curtea Veche

Curtea Veche is an accommodation and restaurant complex set up in an old inn in Hunedoara, at 2 Cernei Street, at the foot of Corvin Castle. The guesthouse offers single, double, triple and family rooms, while the restaurant serves traditional Hunedoara dishes — roasted meat with sides “like grandmother used to make”, wood-fired oven pastries and stews slow-cooked in clay pots.

The complex has a spacious courtyard with a wood-burning fireplace and event spaces, making it one of the few places in town that combines lodging and dining under one roof, right next to the fortress.
